7/28/2023 0 Comments Fried turkey chops recipesI’ve drained off most of the oil that we’ve cooked with and I’m going to deglaze the pan with some apple cider vinegar. Here in my pan you can see we have all these nice little brown bits. So we have our turkey breasts cooked and set aside. Now we’ll take these out and set them aside and cook the next batch of cutlets. They’re just starting to turn golden brown and that’s exactly what they want. It doesn’t take very long because they’re a thin cut of meat. So, I’m going to take my turkey and put it right in the pan. To taste the oil’s temperature we’re just going to place a drop of cold water and if it’s properly ready it’s just going to crack a little. We are going to sear our turkey breast in the pan. I love this recipe because we’re going to do everything in the same pan which makes for super easy cleanup. To this we’re just going to season these with Rada’s Burger & Fry Seasoning. You can see that these have been trimmed with the skin taken off, which is why they’re called cutlets. You can use boneless, skinless chicken breasts if you prefer. Add the cranberries and sugar to a medium saucepan set over medium heat and cook until the cranberries break down and the mixture reduces by two-thirds, 12 to 15 minutes.
